Our Refund Policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

All returns should be send to our address.

Generally, we do not offer refunds. However, in exceptional cases, we do offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Out of stock: If a product is out of stock and you have already made an online payment for it, we will refund your payment to the same credit or debit card that you used to make the payment.
  • Faulty products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will offer you a full refund.

 

Instead of a refund, we also offer store credit that can be used within one year from the date of issuance for your next purchase on our website: www.binteanwar.com.

Replacement:

We offer a replacement facility for customers who wish to replace their order. Please note the following conditions:

  • Damage or defect: If there is any damage or defect in the product you received, or if your order is incomplete, we will bear the delivery charges for the replacement order.
  • Exchange for other reasons: If you wish to exchange the product for any other reason, you will bear the delivery charges for the replacement order.
